Themis was the Titaness and Personification of Justice.
History
Themis arranged to have Medusa brought to the Earth side of the river Styx to answer questions about Circe for Batman and Zatanna. She was glad to help too, since the Justice League had done so many good works in her name.
After Medusa gave them all the information she had and the scale of Themis confirmed that everything was true, she thanked him and told him that 300 years would be deducted from his sentence.
