Scrap was the pet vulture of the Penguin, who was used in both thefts and assaults of his enemies. After the defeat of the Penguin at the hands of Batman, aided; by Sherman Grant, Roberta, Nick and Frank, Scrap was donated to the Gotham Zoo.
